I've been very fortunate in being able to travel the world, along with a stolen lawn ornament in the shape of a frog a few years back. I found God everywhere i went. But never in a bag of cheetos! and i thought i saw it all!

So true! There is a reason its always referred to as a "Low Carb Lifestyle". It's really a change of eating habits and not just a diet. If done correctly its very healthy, contrary to the anti low carb movement.

Besides it just plain works!

Steve - I wholeheartedly agree with you. I lost 60 pounds on the miracle of low-carb. :) Also sans the Cheetos.

The women said she had tried everything from Atkins (low-carb) to Weight Watchers (low-fat) and couldn't keep the weight off. I have really novel idea - instead of going off the diets when you reach goal, how about staying on them? That way the weight might STAY off. Good grief. Can someone buy this woman a clue?

That's sad. First, when it comes to weight, you'll do what you need to when you really are sick and tired of being sick and tired. Eating Cheetos tells me you probably aren't ready.

Two, I would have done the same as you. I might have showed it around the office a bit, and then eaten it. :)

Now I truly have seen it all, lol.
